Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at citylifehk123@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. Verified cases will receive a replacement or a full refund.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 30 days, contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue.
