Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Return

1. Email us at citylifehk123@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different colour or variant. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by manufacturing defects
• Items returned after 30 days
• Items not in original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
